CONSULTING/COACHING


Consulting can take the following forms:

  1. Strategy development with regard to the who, why, when, where, and how of message creation and delivery

  2. Tactical development with regard to building background for message creation and delivery, e.g.: stakeholder identification, interviews, data collection, and presentation options

  3. Message approaches that: launch initiatives, solve problems, unleash creativity, resolve conflict, make the complex understandable, explain the new and/or unique

  4. In-depth interviews with key stakeholders to build background for message creation


Coaching can take the following forms:

  1. Support and feedback to organization and team leaders for roles in primary message creation and delivery

  2. Sounding board for the development of secondary communications that support the primary message (e.g. How do you make sure your role message is consistent with the organizational message?)

  3. Presentation support and feedback



FACILITATION


  1. Brainstorming ideas and approaches
